This F2 industrial occupancy project presented a unique site challenge due to the irregular lot configuration. To maximize building coverage and optimize the available footprint, a slightly tapered building layout was developed. Conventional structural steel framing was selected as the most efficient solution. The exterior building envelope consists of insulated precast concrete panels and curtain wall. The facility was designed as a single-tenant industrial occupancy, providing an efficient and functional layout tailored to the client's operational requirements. To enhance the building's appearance and create a welcoming first impression, the design incorporates an upgraded entrance featuring an open atrium lobby and reception area.
