Concurrent Tenant Improvements in existing Neighborhood Shopping Mall
Architectural services for the reconfiguration of an existing single-storey shopping mall to accommodate a new Shoppers Drug Mart anchor tenant. Our scope of work included exterior elevation redesign, planning and layout of the reduced-size family-operated food store, design of an auxiliary cafeteria, and selective upgrades to the main mall corridor finishes. Interior store layouts and fixtures for the pharmacy were provided by the tenant.
